Premium Research is a partner in the recently awarded DevOps Academy project, coordinated by Amaris (Portugal).

The project aims to make DevOps training accessible to individuals with no prior technical background, with a particular focus on women and underrepresented adult groups, thereby helping to reduce the gender gap in the IT sector. Project partners include organisations from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, and Bulgaria.

Premium Research is responsible for the development of the initial state-of-the-art analysis, the design of selected training materials, and various communication and dissemination activities. It also leads the creation of the Sustainable DevOps Competence Framework and plays an active role in the pilot phase of the training programme. In addition, Premium Research is in charge of several key deliverables, including a comparative report on best practices and content development for the training platform.
