This project is a European Action entitled: ‘Identification and Management of Patients at Risk – Outcome and Vascular Events in Peritoneal Dialysis’.

Premium Research has acted as Project Manager throughout the 4-year duration of the project.

IMPROVE PD has brought together leading researchers working collaboratively towards the shared goal of understanding the mechanisms of cardiovascular disease driven by inflammation in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis (PD), developing personalised approaches to identify those at risk, and testing new therapies in this patient group.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No. 812699.
